"Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference." -Winston Churchill
As a quarterback, attitude will determine the outward actions of yourself and your teammates. You are the leader of the team and, therefore, must convey the "right" attitude at all times, including when times are tough. As we all know, it is easy to have a positive attitude when everything is going your way - it's easy to be calm and collected when the bullets aren't flying and the seas are calm - but it is how you act when the chips are down and when your back is up against the wall that your true character comes out. Your attitude is a reflection of that character, plain and simple. If you have prepared and put in the time to be ready at all times, then you will be able to stay cool during tough times. If you, as a quarterback, conveys an in-control attitude, it will transfer to the other ten sets of eyes looking at you in the huddle. As a quarterback, you should desire to develop an attitude that will make you steadfast and unwavering at all times and a source of consistency for your team.
